They’re standalone fairytales, separate from the main series.
- By Design by Mae Treesbane is a steampunk retelling of Puss in Boots
- Ashes and Cinders by Jean Cabot is a take on Cinderella where Cinderella is transgender and poc, written from his experience as a transman.
As well, the author notes are now partially online! We hope to have notes for every story up soon enough!
